What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, either the quote form in the header or the request form near the bottom of the page, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the type of service you need, and any details you share about the problem.
We don't collect anything else automatically. This site doesn't currently use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising pixels. If that changes down the road, we'll update this page to reflect it.
How we use it
We use the information you submit for one reason: to get back to you about the plumbing or mold issue you're reaching out about. That means a team member reads your request by email and calls, texts, or emails you back to schedule a visit or answer your question.
We don't use your information for marketing emails, and we don't sell, rent, or share it with advertisers.
Who sees it
Form submissions go directly to our office by email. They aren't stored in a database or shared with third-party marketing tools. The only outside party involved is our web hosting provider, which handles the technical delivery of that email the same way any hosting company does.
How we protect it
This site is served over a secure connection, and the forms include basic spam protections to keep bots from submitting fake requests. We only keep the emails your request generates for as long as we need them to complete the job you contacted us about.
Your choices
You're always welcome to reach out by phone instead of using a form if you'd rather not submit anything in writing. If you've already sent us a request and want that information deleted, call or email us at service@upgradeplumbingservices.com and we'll take care of it.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for homeowners and business owners looking for plumbing or mold services. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information ever changes, for example if we add analytics or online scheduling, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Checking back here is the easiest way to stay current.
